It was a pleasure last week to continue our long-term collaboration with Procom Group by kicking off their next 3-year business plan, focusing on their 6 new work streams & positioning them to achieve their ambitious growth plans.
Highlights of the review included:
1. Setting new Business Plan Targets.
2. Updating their SWOT analysis.
3. Reviewing their new Group structure.
4. Anticipating the Key Challenges that will need to be overcome to make the new Business Plan a success.
We also enjoyed visiting their fantastic new offices, which aligns with their commitment to delivering superior services to their clients.
